The Uni-tube Light-armored Fiber Optic Cable features a precision-engineered structure optimized for practical application. 250μm optical fibers are placed inside a loose tube manufactured from high-modulus material, with the tube fully filled with specialized waterproof compound.

A layer of double-sided plastic-coated steel belt (PSP) is longitudinally wrapped around the loose tube, with water-blocking material installed between the steel belt and the loose tube to enhance compactness and waterproof performance. Two parallel steel wires are positioned on both sides for tensile strength, and an extruded polyethylene (PE) sheath forms the final cable structure.
